Kernel Panic - explain what this means?

I've had 3 kernel panics in the past 3 days. 2 back to back on a restart.
Here is one of the reports. Could someone explain what is likely to be the problem? Is my graphics card failing?

The first time I had a 2nd monitor attached to my laptop the next 2 nothing was attached. - This report is from the last one when nothing was plugged into my laptop

I have a 2006 2.2 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo Macbook Pro running 10.5.8
Thanks!

Looks like the 8600M issue. Book an appointment with the Genius bar. The repair is free. Oh, and you have a 2007 model machine, not a 2006.
