3rd Party Apps For Two Docks on Two Displays?

I was wondering if there were my apps that would allow me to have two different docks on both my displays. I bold different because I have asked other people this question and they say "Mirror displays". All that does is make two screens into one which equals FAIL!

If you know of an application jack, mod, etc, post it here!

Also, post if its open source (so i can help make the app better)

I haven't tried it yet, but I believe SecondBar does what you want.

Kind of a neat little app but it seems to only create another grey bar on the top of the secondary display, not a second dock.
