Questions on Beats by Dr. Dre Solo

I am thinking of buying these headphones from apple since they are cheaper than the studio version and look about the same quality if not better. I had two questions.

1) Do they deliver amazing bass and sound quality as the studios?
2) Do they leak noise? Since i heard the studios leak noise bad and people can hear them easily even if the volume is low.

Anyone who owns these please i would appreciate a first hand comment. But thanks everyone

No, they don't sound like studios.
