Weird issue in SL. Screen flips to blue and back

Hi everyone,

Maybe you had such issue. Suddenly my SL developed very weird problem. Entire screen smoothly changes to navy, kind of logout color (happens very fast), stays fully filled with this color and then after random time flips back.

I havo no idea how to fix it. It is very annoying bug. Downgrade to SL 16.0 and back to 1 or 2 didn't help. I have only one option to install Leopard

I can't detect what is going wrong. System works perfectly...

Any ideas how get SL back to normal ?
