Best mobile/remote broadband internet

I am trying to set up high speed internet for a trailer at a construction project site in California. I need some sort of high speed internet preferable faster than 1.5mb/down. I have looked at remote internet solutions such as wild blue but the pricing is a little ridiculous and it has a 17gb monthly download cap. I have also looked into Sprint and Att's mobile laptop card's but wanted reviews and suggestions from anyone who has done this or is using unlimited mobile laptop cards.

All the major wireless carriers have a 5GB mobile broadband cap, so if 17GB is not enough then don't go with AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, or T-Mobile. If it's an option, try going with Clear. They're 4G WiMax with up to 10mbps speeds and no cap. Only thing is that coverage isn't very widespread for now, but might as well check on their website just in case.

First off, do you have an iPhone? If so, there you have an unlimited 3G connection you could use.
