Problems with Safari 4.0.4 and Google Maps

I am starting to have an issue with Google Maps on Safari 4.0.4. Firefox works perfectly fine. There are a few issues; when zooming in the frames shutter rather than being a smooth zoom in like before. Also, when using streetview, I am unable to move along the road by clicking on the arrow to progress forward or back, when opening streetview it defaults right away to the zoom option which I am unable to exit from, and I am unable to use the N-S directional key in the upper left hand corner. I tried reinstalling Safari to see if that would fix the problem, but it is still there. Anyone experiencing this same problem?

Yes... I'm experiencing the same and more.

Street View behaves very oddly... my mouse pointer does not follow Google's highlighted area.

Same for me. At least it is good to know others are having the same problem for what that is worth.

Also on 4.0.3

Problem started yesterday. I upgraded to 4.0.4 (funny, that) today, but with no improvement.

Really even with 4.0.3? I don't remember having issues? (not saying they weren't there)

Same problem here. This is deeply annoying.

I am also having problems with 4.0.4 with some retail websites (looking at merchandise pictures) as well as Hulu with Safari. Using FF for now.

Good news. After updating to the latest version of Flash I now get full functionality on Streetview.

Would that be version 10.0.32.18?

No, Flash Player version 10.1.51.45 is a pre-release build. Don't use it.

I got the latest stable build of Flash Player version 10.0.32.18 and Safari 4.0.4. Google Maps works perfectly.
