What are these keys on the Apple keyboard...

I've never seen or used an Apple keyboard with the numpad and I am unsure as to what some keys are. See the image below, I have highlighted the keys in the image.

I don't have those on mine (US keyboard), but they correspond with home (arrow pointing NW), end (arrow pointing SE), page up (arrow pointing up), page down (arrow pointing down), and clear (the rectangle with an x through it).

I see the ~/` key is in the wrong place and you have the wrong pound symbol (just trolling), so that's an English keyboard? savoirfaire is right about how those keys correspond to a US keyboard, but how can anyone program on this without the other pound symbol # ?

The US keyboard just says "Home", "End", "Page Up", "Page Down" and "Clear"

I wish the UK keyboard just had the words . To type # you press alt + 3. I have a UK Macbook Pro right now and that is what I do.
