Musicians wanted for help!

Hey guys, I've basically got a dissertation due at the end of the year and to make a long story short, I need some questionaires filled in..
They're really short, only need about 3-4 mins to fill in...(Ofcourse id appreciate it if anyone filled in the "additional comments" section but theres no need)
The requirements are basically that youre a musician and that you use effects, either software or in the form of pedals..
So vocalists/guitarists/bassists e.t.c (not sure if drummers use any..?)
But yeah its focused on the usage of effects..
