Issues with MP, USB devices, & resuming from sleep

I'm starting to wonder what the root cause of my issues are...

I have a USB audio interface (Lexicon U22) and a USB Bluetooth dongle (Belkin) that I've been playing with to improve my BT mouse performance.

Both devices do not work at all after the Mac Pro resumes from sleep.

I previously thought it was just a quirk or the Lexicon, but now with the BT dongle exhibiting the same behavior, I'm starting to wonder if it's a 2009 Mac Pro USB issue, an OSX issue, or it's just coincedence that I have two USB devices that have this quirk.

I'm interested if anyone else has this issue with USB devices not properly initializing after resuming from sleep?
