AirPort Express Base and G5 compatibility

Hello Everyone,

I want to purchase this item,

http://store.apple.com/us/product/MB...co=MTA4NDU4Mjk

I currently received a Power Mac G5 and currently have a Linksys WRT54GS router at home that all my windows pc connect to. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this would be compatible with the router i have at home. Will i be able to pick up my routers wireless and connect to it? or no?

Please let me know,

Thanks
Cherrios

The AirPort Express will work with your Linksys in client mode, which means you can use it's USB port for share a printer and use AirTunes if you connect speakers to it. Officially, the AirPort Express cannot be used to rebroadcast or strengthen a non-Apple network, if you were looking to do so. Any additional questions you have regarding the Express are likely to be covered in this link.
