when i watch youtube my temp on my laptop goes in the 80 c ...why??

because it's a flash based website, what spec is your computer, i get pretty high temps for youtube, but never 80 degrees,

Flash. It eats up CPU cycles, which uses more power, which radiates more heat.

ClickToFlash lets you select the .h264 videos stored on YT, which use less CPU and are played through QT Player.
