have the 27inch i7 imac's been fixed yet? (nov 29th 2009)

i plan on purchasing the new imac i7 tomorrow and have been told by an apple rep that the issues have been sorted out and that i have nothing to worry about with the cracked screens and flickering issues.

now, i am addressing this question to the people who have recently got their i7's within the past few days. i would rather hold off for a bit then buy an i7 and have to ship it back and wait longer.

yes, they waved their magic wands

and its all fixed

they bought all the 27" screens months and months and months ago

its not the screen thats cracking, its the glass front, which sounds like a shipping/packing issue

1 in 100,000 imacs might have these issues...
