Would calibrating the battery make any difference in terms of the results?

Purchased on launch day iphone 5 At&t
CycleCount: 407
DesignCapacity: 1430
FullChargeCapacity: 1111

I have not been happy with the battery's ability to retain it's maximum capacity at all.

After I've had my battery replaced at the Apple Store, these are my new stats:

Cycle count: 22
Design capacity: 1430
Full charge capacity: 1406

I'm happy with that.
