Folder creation

I suspect it is easy but how do you create folders to store your icloud files in. I already have several files in the cloud and wish to organise them in the cloud.

What app are you using to store files in iCloud with? I just checked with Pages since my documents are on iCloud, but it seems it doesn't allow me to create any folders. If you tell me what app, it'll be easier to help you.
