iPad Mini: ipad mini 32GB won't charge past 99%

I charge it with the wall charger supplied charge overnight, in the morning, I'll look at the charge % before I unplug and its at 99%, and any use at all drops to 98 then 97% quickly. The overall battery life seems normal, drains slowly, but wondring about the 99% thing.

Have you calibrated the battery?

I think its meant to do that. So you can keep it plugged in, it discharges some of the battery, the charges back again.

Remove apps running in the background

Sounds like its time for a little reset, it will NOT delete any data, it just sort of force restarts your iPad and in my experience it usually fixes annoying little niggles like this.

Simply hold the Power button and Home button at the same time, do not release until the screen goes blank, continue holding until you see an Apple logo then release, should be fine afterward, if not, maybe it's time to go back to the Store, maybe make an appointment with a Genius.
