iPhone 5 screen jump up and down when charging?

I got 3 OEM Apple lightning cable and until the last week when i charge my iphone 5 the screen start to make little jump up and down when i touch or i scroll the screen.
I try a restore but it dosen't resolve the issue.
Everything start just after i update to 6.0.2 .
Someone has arleady see that issue ?
