[iPad] More iMessage weirdness

Never really had many issues with iMessage on iPad but lately I have noticed I can receive messages just fine but if I try to respond to the message with my iPad instead of my iPhone I can only type the message out in the message bubble but push send and nothing happens.

It's almost like send button doesn't work just stays blue. Anyone experience this?

With cellular data turned off on my mini LTE, the same thing happens

When texting my wife today messages arrived on my iPad right away but took 30 mins to show on my phone.

Yeah I stopped getting messages on my iPad as well.

Both my phone and iPad mini are receiving messages today at almost te same exact time

I'm getting something similar, I'll get them on my iPhone but they don't show up on my Mac or iPad, even if I haven't been using my phone for awhile.
