Does high CPU temperature effect ram usage in mid 2009 Mac book pro

Hey I recently noticed that my ram usage has been extremely high as with my CPU temp at 189 degrees F around 87 degrees C. Is the high CPU temp effecting my ram usage
System specs
2.53ghz intel core 2 duo
4 gigs of ram
Running 10.8.2

Temperature and RAM usage are not causally linked. Whatever process is working your CPU hard is making it hot. This process may also use a lot of RAM. But the cause is the process, not the temperature.
