New here and would like to say thanks in advance for any input. I'm moving into a tri level 2,200sq ft townhouse at the first of next month with two roommates. We will be purchasing Charter Cable internet with up to 30mbps download, 10mbps upload. I'm preferably interested in the apple airport express, but may buy an extreme if necessary. The router will be on the main flair and we need it to cover the basement and upper level aswell. What we will have connected:
2 iphone 4's, 1 iphone 4S, 1 laptop, PS3, and 1 windows gaming PC. We are going to use the PC's and PS3 to stream netflix and also game on.

I understand the Express can handle up to 10 devices where as the Extreme can do 50 and has gigabit(which won't benefit me). ALL OF MY DEVICES BESIDES THE 4S ARE WIRELESS G so wireless N range really means nothing to me atm and we do not share files between computers

Does the express have enough range and throughput to do what I'm looking for?
