Mail App Sends Sent Mail to my Inbox
Okay I'm getting really frustrated by this and it's clogging my inbox.
The facts: - Aluminum Macbook Late '08 - Mail Version 4.6 (1085) - Mac OS X Version 10.6.8 -Using Gmail -Turned off POP3 (using IMAP now), no help -Recently started using Chrome (don't know if this has anything to do with it) over Firefox Problem: Whenever I compose a mail either through www.gmail.com or with Mail, I keep getting a copy of my message in my inbox! I've already tried looking up how to solve this problem, to no avail. |

Gmail is sending you a copy for you email client.
Gmail's IMAP is different from most IMAP accounts. See the TidBITS article: TidBITS Networking: Achieving Email Bliss with IMAP, Gmail, and Apple Mail http://tidbits.com/article/10253 |
