Is the cheap iPhone practical?
If the new cheaper iPhone were to come out, would it keep the aluminum backing or would that cease to exist

Nobody knows anything. Honestly, unless Tim Cook has a secret Macrumors account and posts Apple secrets in here, nobody knows.
