Uploaded both of the videos in mp4 format and made a little web page.
AppleTV Intro Videos Original credit to pacmania1982 and skoops for the video uploads.

I know this is a REALLY old thread, but I decided I wanted to watch the original start up video again, so I downloaded the 1.0 firmware and couldn't find the video in the location specified.
FYI its in /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/BackRow.framework/Versions/A/Resources in the 1.0 firmware pac
