Bunch of MP3s on a USB key disk, shuffle and play on OSX
So I've got a usb thumb drive with a mess of MP3s on em that I use to take to my PS3 and other devices for playback. It originates from files organized on my iMac into playlists that I want to dump on that drive. I'd like to use this key drive as well on my Macbook Air without iTunes sucking those files into its library. Is there a way to get iTunes to play bacj, in shuffle mode, all of the files on this key drive? Alternatively is there another app that would do so better? I've seen recommendations for Clementine and Audirnirvana but haven't gotten either yet.
Any input would be appreciated. |

VLC Player or MacAmp could help.
