What is this (port)?

I don't have any iMac until now but i don't know what is the little line right below the power hole

It's a Kensington lock slot.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kensington_Security_Slot

It's used to attach your iMac so some place for security.

Ah, by the diagram I thought you were referring to the Audio in port...
