Externel HDD duplicate greyed out on finder?

My friend accidentally unplugged my HDD without ejecting it, and when I plug it back in, this is the display I get on finder:

... For some reason, there's a duplicate version that I can't click/access that appeared when the original one was unplugged. How do I get rid of this? I can't seem to download into the HDD now without a "permission denied" error, because there's two drives with the same name.

Have you tried rebooting? How about Disk Utility?
