You know on windows like remove hardware feature is there one on the iMac? Or do you just pull the plug?

I want to remove a Blue Yet USB Mic its not showing in Finder to eject

Then just pull it out. Only things that need ejecting will show on finder on the left.

Unless its a storage device it doesn't need to be ejected. The whole point of ejecting is to make sure the OS is not still trying to read or write to a storage device right while you try to unplug it.

In windows or OSX you can unplug devices anytime you want (except storage devices)
