iPad mini How reliable is live stream on ipad mini?

Hi guys, am looking to get a ipad mini to watch live streams (flash). But before getting it, i would like to know hows the performance like to view videos from flash browsers like photon, puffin or skyfire? Is it smooth or laggy? Thanks.

My iPhone 4S could handle SkyFire easily, and since it has the same RAM as the Mini and a slightly lower resolution, I'm sure the Mini could handle it.

My husband has an iPad 2 and uses Photon to watch car stuff (apparently it's all in Flash). It works quite well for him. He never uses Safari any more.

Thanks all for the replies..I have tried photon on my iPhone 5 everything works perfectly and now I'm wondering does the specs of the iPad 4 have a great advantage over the mini in terms of streaming only? Of course apart from the retina screen. Thanks !

The iPad 4 has a significantly better processor and graphics and more RAM than the mini, so it'll be better at streaming.
