[iPad] App store highlighting other apps when I click on a different one

My app store is doing something weird.

I was just browsing the "Top Free" apps, and instead of opening the details on the app I'm looking for, it highlights the last app info page I opened instead. For example, I keep trying to press "Evernote", but it keeps opening "WATCH Disney Channel"

Also, when it highlights it in blue, it's as if it's slow to highlight it because for a split second it'll be half highlighted

Is there something wrong with my ipad?

No, your iPad is fine. Something may be up with the App Store.

It was doing the same thing in "top apps" today again is well.

Everything else seems to work just fine.

Is anyone experiencing the same weird phenomenon with the blue "highlight" thing when you first touch an icon on the "top free" apps?
