so recently i went on a field trip to chicago and i took a lot of pictures on my iPod touch. so when i came home i backed up the iPod and then few days later, i deleted the back up file (edit ----> preferences ---->devices). how can i recover it? i really want those pictures back. I'm running iOS 5.0.1. iPod touch 4th gen on windows 7 started. please help!
