➤ Rated "Killer App" by Apps4iDevices.com

Echo Pad is a live FX processor featuring unique delays and loopers controlled by a multi-touch XY interface on your iPad, iPhone and iPod touch device.
Process live audio from nearly any input source, including Audiobus compatible apps, the built in mic, or a professional audio interface such as the Apogee Jam, Apogee MIC, iRig, and more. (Verified up to date list of compatible audio interfaces below.)

Use the sound on sound looper to create layered soundscapes, capture samples, process and resample for creative sound design, and more. Use the "scratch loopers" to record or import an audio file and scratch it by manipulating the playback speed/direction by dragging. Export and share loops using AudioCopy/Paste, or share them directly to the AudioShare file management app. Connect your device to iTunes on your Mac/PC to access your recordings and loops in iTunes File Sharing.

The 1.01 update for Echo Pad is out and is on sale now for $1.99.
Changes in the 1.01 update are listed below.

Echo Pad (Universal app) $1.99 on the AppStore (normally $2.99)

Echo Pad 1.01 update

New features:

- New scratch loopers! In addition to the main looper, these new mini loopers allow you to quickly record a loop and manipulate the playback speed/direction by dragging. These loopers are also routed back through the FX, so you can further manipulate the sound after the loop is recorded.
- NEW delay type: Fall (echoes cascade down in pitch with each repeat)
- Enable/Disable audio input. Use this to turn off external audio input when playing back and processing audio from the pasteboard.
- Toggle background audio on/off.
- added audio metronome

Improvements:

-improved slider response
-improved BPM detection when setting BPM from first loop
-reverb improved
-changed font of control labels for better legibility

Bugfixes:

-looper control button response fixed
-fixed bug which could cause loud bursts of noise when using delay with high feedback
-fixed bug causing clicks in exported loop audio files
-fixed bug when exporting and importing pasted audio when using a USB audio interface, the files were incorrectly upsampled 2x resulting in pasted audio playing back at incorrect speed. This is now fixed.
