iPhone 5 sleeves

Anyone use a sleeve instead of a case for their iPhone 5? I'm looking for a nice one that offers decent protection and has a nice, snug fit for my phone. Any recommendations?

As I did for my earlier phones, have a Sena Ultraslim on my i5. Excellent snug fit and protects against scratches and scuffs and looks good too. Being made of leather it obviously doesn't offer a great deal of protection if the phone is dropped onto a hard surface.
