Thanks for your help. It appears to be a Verizon thing. My "work" disappeared after I entered the 2nd work number.
Yes maybe it's a Verizon thing. I also notice you don't have a edit botton in the label screen (top right), it's give another option to add custom label.
At least we try

Nice assumption.

Thanks for your help. I tried filling all the work, home, pager, etc and once it is filled up, that is it. No more additions and I do not have an edit button! Lol

Yup, it is a Verizon thing.

Don't like my GF's iPhone 5 since it cannot be jail broken. iOS 6 also has issues but the day they JB it, I'm getting an iPhone 5. Until then 4S is the better iPhone

I like a lot of the same things already mentioned, LTE, speed of the unit, desgin, ecosystem and one I didn't see.

I like getting updates when they are released by the manufacturer and not having to wait months or longer, if ever, to get the update.

Now widgets would be a nice add to what is already a great phone but at the end of the day, it does what I need it to do, smoothly and efficiently.

so basically you were getting the iPhone 5 anyway but wanted our biased opinion to reassure you that you're getting a good phone? It's just a phone.
