27" iMac 2012 speed!

I have had my iMac for about five weeks now and when I first got it, it was GREAT. No noises, fast to boot and life was sweet XD. Anyway now it has started to take longer to boot and I can hear a small grumbling noise from my iMac. Think this may be the HDD but main concern is that the speed of my iMac has dropped.

Any suggestions?

Call Apple, it's new, and that does sound like the HDD.
