ID3Mod2 is a useful tool to change the encoding of MP3 ID3 TAG information. Now, it released version 2.4.

What's new in version 2.4?
Fix Bugs:
1.ID3Mod2 will crash when loading/saving some tag formats.
2.Will lost .mp3 suffix when saving some kind of mp3 files.
3."Backup iTunes library" does not work in some cases.
