Xcode Questions

Hello. I recently purchased a developer account and started trying to make an app using the latest version of Xcode. However, it was a bit overwhelming. The goal of the app is fairly simple; have a series of questions that the user answers then they are all complied into a table. Does anyone know how this app could be made or a good place to learn how? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
