[iPad] Weird button on my screen...

Hey guys... My daughter was playing with my ipad this morning and this weird button/icon popped up on my screen.
It seems to be some shortcut popup menu thingy. I have no idea what it's called or how to get rid of it.
I attached a couple of screenshots showing it closed and open.

Any idea what this is?

Look over on the right side of the screen.
