iPhone 5 Wifi

My iPhone 5 is not picking my wifi signal but my iPod touch 5 is. I am in a room with thick walls and my iPod Touch 5 has 2/3 bars of wifi strength. My iPhone 5 sometimes picks up the signal with 1/3 bars. Does the iPhone 5 have a wifi chip that is worse than the iPod touch 5? Help

Have you tried resetting your networks settings? iOS 6.0.2 is out for the iPhone 5, supposed to fix wifi issues.

I tried all that already. Anything else to try.

I would try a restore. If that doesn't work, a genius appointment would be next.

Had the same problem. They said it was normal when I brought mine in for the very same issue after trying all of the afformentioned fixes.
