I had to reinstall Mac OS X (Leopard) on my MacBook and after that I inserted the "Applications Install DVD" and follow the instructions. But XCode and all development apps & libs are missing.
Can anyone tell me why and what should I do to reinstall it?
Thanks in advance,
P.S. I'm not sure if this question is in the right place. If not, feel free to move it in the right place.

The Developer Tools are an optional install, and should be on your installation DVD.
MacBook Pro / OS X Mavericks (10.9.4) / Xcode 5.1.1 / RubyMotion FTW
