Finally people are acknowledging there is a real issue here and I am glad that it can be fixed easily...

No, people are telling you the same thing they have been telling you from the beginning: Calibrate the screen.

The "OSD" to calibrate the monitor is part of the operating system. No apple monitor has an OSD for making adjustments. It is part of the OS.

At that point nobody had bothered testing their imacs or achieved a decent icc. They just blurted out to calibrate the screen the whole time without any proof that this would sort the problem. Who knows what may have been wrong with these apple displays given the amount of problems they have been having with them. I did not really want to be a bata tester either, it just happens that a blind call worked out this time.
