I have sold it for too little haven't I?

3.4i7, 12GB RAM, 2GB graphics card, AppleCare repairs until may 2014.

Got £1100 cash for it. At the time I thought it was a good deal for a near 2 year old machine, but looking on here it looks as if I should have got £1500+ for it?

Seems to me.....

that you can get between 1000-1200 pounds for this machine. So, for me, you had done a good deal. Cash, no using online site for selling (maybe a 20% less from your total) is a nice way to go. Having said the latter, 2011 iMacs as yours have a nice market right now, because the problems with the 2012 version, so I no doubt you can do better than 1100 pounds. 1500? I dont know
A good starting point to know how good or bad you had done, is checking the refurb section of Apple Store for some machine as yours. Substract a 25% and IMHO you will have a good estimate
