No compass!

I did a fresh install and didn't get a compass. Is this something that didn't make the list for an iPhone 4?

OK, I'm an idiot. It was on page 2 of a folder. I really wish all the apps in a folder could be seen at once.
I still haven't figured out in iTunes 11 how to add apps to a second page of a folder. I see the dots but don't know how to move to the other page. There must be a way, but it's not intuitive.
