Apple Campus Rep Question

How long does it take to get a reply back after sending in an application? I sent in my application about 3 weeks ago and have not gotten an email or call yet. I go to Pacific Lutheran University so are there some schools that don't use this program? Should I email Apple? What should I do? Thanks!
