How to add a symbol to iPhone keyboard?

There are multiple pages of emoji. Swipe left to right to see more emoji. Plus at the bottom there 5 different types of emoji. There are about 5 pages per type of emoji.

Just use Emoji. It's already in the keyboard menu. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1375359608.498196.jpg

The easiest way to use heart symbols is just to copy and paste them. There's a website http://heartsymbols.love/ that has a great list of heart symbols that you can copy and paste. For other symbols, you can usually google the symbol and find a website that you can copy and paste from.
