Looking for a USB 3.0 Hub that works well with OS X / new MacBook Air. Any suggestions?

I have this hub, it's okay for hte most part. My biggest annoyances right now is ML disconntects any USB 3.0 HDD's from the Hub when it goes to sleep.

Take a look in the iMac and Mac Mini subforums....there's threads in each about compatible USB3 hubs that list specific products folks are using.
