iTunes match down?

Is itunes match down for anyone else? I have tried to download songs on several devices and it just times out cannot connect to iTunes store. I have tried over 4g 3g and wifi. None work.

I think it is, i have tried turning it off and back on in itunes with no joy. error code 5002 all the time....
