Trim, Bleed, and Non-Bleed Sizes in Pages or InDesign?

Hi guys! --

Newbie here. I'm in a little bit of a rush. Actually, a lot in a rush. I'm designing Playbill pages for a theatrical production and the Playbill pages sizes must fit the following dimensions: Playbill Page Size: 5.375” x 8.375” trim size. Full Page – bleed: 5.625 x 8.625. Keep type 1/4" from trim. Full Page – non-bleed: 4.75 x 7.75. I already designed the content in Apple's Pages and am not sure of the following:

What is Trim?
What are Bleed and Non-Bleed sizes?
Is there a way to set the Trim and Bleed/Non-Bleed Sizes in Pages?
Is there a way to transfer a Pages or Doc file to InDesign?
How do I set the trim and bleed/non-bleed sizes in InDesign?

THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!
