[Resolved] iPad mini comes unlocked?

Does anyone know if the iPad mini comes unlocked? Thanks for your help.

The 3G GSM side is unlocked, yes. However, it is important to verify LTE compatibility between the 3 models and your network.

The CDMA side is locked, in the USA only Sprint and Verizon ipads will work on those carriers, but they are GSM unlocked though.
