Help me select the right HTML5/JavaScript framework for desktop app

Hi,

I would like to create a Desktop app using HTML5/JavaScript.
I'll create a simple App using Xcode that opes a View using WebKit.
But i really need a recommendations about using a framework.
- Mac like GUI
- good supported
- ability to read/write files (it's part of HTML5)
- support for Retina display (optional)

All recommendations are welcome

If you are comfortable with Cocoa the Cappuccino seems the obvious choice. I think you'd have to write your own file code but like all these frameworks you always have the option of dropping to raw Javascript so that should be possible if it's possible within the browser.

I saw Capuccino but is uses some mix of JavaScript and Smalltalk. The syntax is a bit messy.Any alternatives?
