Issues with my iBook G4 please help

Can you help me with this issue im having with my iBook? I'm pretty tech savvy but I really cant find out whats going on

Pull the battery out, to shut it off.

Boot it up, and reset the PRAM/NVRAM and SMC

Come tell us what happens after that.

Thanks it worked. Cant believe i didnt think of the battery haha
