Watching videos, especially HD will eat up a lot of bandwidth and data rather quickly. If you can use Wi-Fi, that's preferred since it won't eat into your data plan that way.

Seriously stupid. If you're throttled, as you claim, and can't watch videos, as you claim, how do you expect to "screw" them? Take a breath and go outside and play. Whatever you did to get to 5 GB is likely a good way to use a lot of data but you're throttled so ...
